“PEOPLE DO THE
THINGS THEY DO,

TO GET THE THINGS
THEY WANT.”

THE BRIEN DUNPHY DIFFERENCE

  • What Is Our Approach To The Change Process?
The key to successful improvement – personal or professional – is authentically identifying what we want. Often, that’s easier said than done. In an organization, for example, change is only possible when individual goals, team objectives, and enterprise-wide priorities are aggressively defined and relentlessly aligned. That is where we can help you and your team.
  • Is There A Formula For Success?
We are convinced that our clients, both individuals and organizations, know most, if not all, of what they need to know to succeed. The challenge is accessing existing knowledge and wisdom and organizing it in a way that can translate into productive action.
  • How Do We Achieve This Success?
We ask questions. We use a variety of assessments, we conduct in-depth interviews, we present theories and frameworks to help structure discussions – we have a lot of tools in our toolbox. But really it all comes down to asking incisive, penetrating questions that help expose unresolved issues, identify root causes, and surface conflict.
  • What Are Some Assessments You Use?
Depending on the project we might recommend one of the Hogan instruments, the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, Wiley’s DiSC profile, Lencioni’s Five Behaviors, the Drexler/ Sibbet Team Performance Model, and/or Ken Blanchard’s Situational Leadership II. ®
  • How Do You Measure Success?
We let our clients answer that question. What’s the goal? How will they know if they’ve achieved it? Their success is our success.
